BEACH LIFE East Wittering! V near beach – ice bath, sauna, gym and games room

A spacious, light, modernized 70’s house that has 4 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the upstairs office. 2 mins to the beach. We have a big garden with a teenage den, trampoline, ice bath, sauna, gym. We also have a 1 bed annex (sleeps 3-4) available to rent separately. Great place all year round. Good for watersports, walking, cycling. Chichester and Goodwood are close. Festival of Speed, Goodwood Revival, Chichester Festival Theatre, Pallant House, South Downs, Chichester Harbour and much more. There is parking for four cars (possibly 5) in the drive and others can park for free on the road opposite and it’s a very short walk to the beach (2 mins). The garden is a really good size and great for children with a large rectangular trampoline. We have a separate summer house in the garden that is great for teenagers or outdoor entertainment.
