PA/VA

As your personal assistant, we feel it is important to get to know you and your business and what package might be best. We look to building strong, long-term relationships with our clients, so we can support and offer you the flexibility you so need! Please see below possible solutions. We would also be very happy to discuss alternative options if there is nothing that fits in with your requirements.

Hourly

Hourly fee to be discussed and agreed upon at the beginning of each job.  Rates will vary according to job specifications:

Per Project

Sometimes it’s easier to set a fixed price for a task such as running an event from the onset. This fee is normally calculated as a percentage of the total project/event cost. This will all depend on the scope of the project but can be subject to revision if the perimeters of the supporting project later change.

Retainer

If you know you’d like a set number of hours each month then a retainer is the perfect choice. You don’t have to worry about spiralling costs and extra hours can be added if needed. You can be 100% confident you’re not going to get any surprising invoices; the retainer is set to match your budget and they can be reduced or expanded each month if required. Email me for package prices or to discuss.
