Dill and her team are super reliable, hard working & fantastic to have on board for not only my holiday let but my home cleans as well. Dill is meticulous to detail and a great communicator. I honestly do not know what I would do without them! Life savers!

Dill and her team are brilliant cleaners, thorough, respectful, and extremely honest. We rent our property as a holiday let so we need someone who we can trust. Dill is super organised, she ensures everything is in the right place, the laundry cupboard has never been so organised! If anything or anyone needs to come to the house to fix and do something Dill always enables this. Dill’s communication is excellent, she will tell me what is required, any issues with the house and as it is a holiday inform me of any updates required. I provide Dill with a spreadsheet of guests, she always makes sure it is clear and is diligent in following it. I would highly recommend Dill, she is the best most thorough cleaner, and overseer of our house we have ever had. To add she is also a lovely person. We started using Dill and her team at ‘Just Ask PA for our holiday let cleaning earlier this year. Since we have been using ‘Just Ask PA’ Dill has proved that she runs a terrific operation and has a great team working for her. Her communication is great, and the cleaning is done to a high standard, with care and common sense. We have quickly become confident that the preparation of the cottage for new guests is carried out to a very high standard. I love the way the beds look so ‘hotel perfect’ and neat and tidy.

I would highly recommend Dill as a responsible, honest and very reliable individual. She has a great positive, can-do attitude. We own a property in West Wittering that we operate as a furnished holiday let via Airbnb and TripAdvisor.  Derryn McInnes has been responsible for every changeover on the property from November 2020 onwards.

Her responsibilities include cleaning the house and preparing for the next guests, washing etc of all linen, bed linen and towels, keeping an inventory of all supplies that the house needs (for the guests and for the cleaning of the house) and keeping the garden in hand with the help of her husband Jan.

Well, what can I say about Dill. I feel like by being honest, it will have a negative impact on me and my company because quite frankly Dill is the best asset I have had working in the biz for a very long time. And if I big her up too much she will be in high demand and might get a better offer and leave us. Then who would manage all the financials, admin, invoices and hold the front line in customer care as well as she can? So, I thought I’d list ALL the bad things about her instead, in hopes in will deter you from booking her: 1…..er..?  2….Well, this plan has backfired somewhat. I genuinely can’t think of one. Wait, got one.. she likes cricket (..I don’t).

Derryn was employed on a consultancy basis to assist with one of the bank’s Enterprise Development Projects. Her expertise in hospitality is what got her on board to train and manage 7 staff that currently work in our coffee shop. With her can-do approach, common sense, excellent administration support and a great eye for detail, she has managed to improve the coffee shop service, menu and staff morale along with keeping everything organised and consistent. Diligent and driven, I would not hesitate in recommending Derryn and wish her well in the future.

Vipa Holdings recently employed the services of Derryn McInnes to help re-organise a satellite office we had just opened in Durban. Her duties included office administration, systemization and operational procedures.
